Pet Warehouse changes name to Petsway
September 01, 2014
Pet Warehouse has announced that it has officially changed its name to Petsway. The locally-owned pet supplies store will remain under the same owners as the company continues to grow throughout Missouri.

Though Pet Warehouse first opened in 1989, founder Karl Keller Sr.s passion for pets dates back to 1951, when he began raising and selling guppies at the age of 11.

The pet business has changed a lot over the years and so have our stores, which today stock the quality pet foods and supplies that pet parents have come to expect, remarks Karl Keller II, vice president of Petsway, Inc. We are here for you and your pet because we know and appreciate how much love pets bring to our lives. Thats the Petsway.

In addition to the name change, Petsway continues to expand with a new store coming to South Glenstone in Springfield, and the companys inaugural store opening in St. Louis. There are currently four active Petsway locations in Springfield, as well as locations in Joplin and Poplar Bluff.

In addition to providing pet owners with the very best in food and supplies, Petsway is very active in the local community. Petsway regularly hosts pet adoptions and also supports Cruse Dog Park fundraising events, C.A.R.E, Killuminati, and the local Humane Society.
